We reply to any inquiry within 24 hours. As soon as the customer sends the payment along with the data that we need in order to access the website via FTP and via Cpanel/Plesk, we start working on the script installation. The process can last few minutes of even some hours depending on the complexity of the installation. Normally our installations take less than one hour. When the script configuration is completed, we immediately inform the customer.

PHPSIS installations are very affordable. Depending on the PHP script you want to install and on the number of themes/plugins you need, the final price varies from € 10 (about $ 14) to € 30 (about $ 42). The price of a basic installation is € 10, while each additional theme or plugin costs € 5 (about $ 7). Click here for more information and some examples.
Yes, it is rather secure. Of course we need access to an FTP account to upload the script to your website. We also need to enter your Cpanel/Plesk account in order to create the MySQL database required by the script (almost any script does require it). You will send this important data directly to our email address, which can be accessed only by PHPSIS’s administrator, Luca Govoni. After your installation is completed, the email containing your login information will be immediately deleted from the administrator’s computer, and nothing will be stored. We won’t save your passwords anywhere. Of course you will be able to change your FTP and Cpanel/Plesk credentials as soon as the installation is over.
It could happen. Every script has its own requirements and not all servers are configured the same way, so it may occur that your script and the server where your website is hosted are not completely compatible. We always make some verifications before installing the scripts, but in some cases we are not allowed to deeply scan the server. Anyway, if we realize that the script cannot operate properly on a customer’s server, the customer will receive a 50% refund.
